Very, very polite and attentive staff. Quick service and very nice coffee/milkshakes. I had a toasted ciabatta and my friend had the lasagne. I thought it was delicious and my friend said the same ! The staff are polite and always ready to help, even when the restaurant is busy. Nice atmosphere and kept very clean and tidy. The loos are clean and they actually have soap in the dispensers!! Over all, we had a very nice experience Would recommend

I visited at lunchtime on the 26.02.24. Nostrano Lounge is in Staines Town centre and it is a nice big cosy restaurant but with a cafe vibe. The service was very friendly from the outset. I had a very nice lunch but was most impressed by the service. The service was very professional and extremely friendly. The service alone has made me want to come back! The fish finger sandwich and chips was very good. There's a nice selection on the menu including a brunch selection, tapas, burgers, sandwiches and curries.

Another 5 star review - across the board - for the Team who work at Nostrano Lounge in Staines. The staff are super friendly, taking the time to explain anything unclear or even to pause and have a chat if not busy. The atmosphere is chilled, kinda like Coffee Perks in Friends. There are sofas for you to chillout and enjoy a coffee slice of cake or enjoy a full meal at the regular tables, choice is yours. This review is written off the back of the service received from the staff member who served me the Mojito and the Diablo Burger on Friday night (15 November). Table 34! Thanks for making the evening another positive experience. To Mgmt, take note. This one's a star!
I love this chain of restaurants and the food! The staff here were really friendly and efficient. The food was great as expected Parking was close by but not on site. The restaurant is in a lovely little shopping area too Recommend a visit, the brunch menu is particularly good

An excellent place to relax and enjoy a burger or some tapas after shopping. Plenty of seating on comfortable couches and chairs in a spacious dining area. An eclectic display of art and pictures on the walls. An assortment of wines and beers on tap. Outdoor seating for the nice weather.
